2. Categories of personal data – the information concerns personal data obtained from the data subject. The provision of all data is voluntary and, in the case of the purpose of concluding a contract, necessary for its conclusion.

PDAserwis processes the following categories of your personal data: identification data, address data and contact data.

3. Purpose of data processing and legal basis

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• to conclude a contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO
• the performance of the concluded contract, or for the provision of services by PDAserwis, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b-c) RODO
• the handling of complaints, requests and appeals, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b-c) and (f) RODO
• communication on the basis of the legitimate interest of PDAserwis, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO
• marketing, including promotion of products offered by PDAserwis on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (f) RODO.

4.Sharing of personal data

Your data may be made available by PDAserwis :

entities and authorities which are authorised on the basis of commonly binding legal regulations,
entities providing services to PDAserwis (in particular, services such as operation of IT systems) and entities authorised to receive data on the basis of legal regulations.
5. Period of storage of personal data

Your personal data will be stored for a period of time:

The data will be processed for no longer than 6 months after the expiry of the 6 years after which the cooperation has been terminated, the complaint lodged or the dispute has ended.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by PDAserwis, you have:

the right of access to personal data,
the right to rectification of personal data,
the right to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten),
the right to restrict processing of personal data,
the right to data portability to another controller,
the right to object to the processing of data obtained for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling,
The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.

Cookie policy

1. Cookies are IT data stored on users’ terminal equipment for the use of websites. In particular, these are text files containing the name of the website from which they come, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
2. The administrator does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies. Cookies are intended for the use of the website pages. The administrator uses these files for:

• logging in and maintaining the user’s session on each subsequent page of the website
